NOTICE OF FEE CHANGES

Starting April 1, 2008, Developer Finance Corporation will be implementing a new fee structure for payments made by phone or via the internet. Visa and Mastercard payments made via our Automated phone system or via the internet will be reduced to $2.50. Payments made by Visa, Mastercard, or with electronic check with the assistance of a Customer Support representative will be $5.95. Payments made by check or money order mailed to DFC remain free of charge, as does any automatic reoccurring monthly draft from a bank account or Credit card. These changes reflect the cost DFC incurs providing these convenience services. Fees are subject to change without notice. Thank You.
